Onsite Assessment

We’ll schedule a time for an onsite inspection of the damage to your caravan or motorhome. Chris will take a few photos of any visible damage to submit to your insurer.

RVGO Will Provide a Quote to Your Insurer

After the inspection, Chris will submit a repair quote to your insurer. Once approved, we’ll order the necessary parts and keep you informed about the estimated arrival time.

Scheduling the Repair

We’ll contact you to schedule a date for the repair work on your caravan or motorhome. We can arrange to collect your caravan or motorhome at a time that is convenient to you.

Repair Completion

Once the repairs are completed, we’ll give you a call to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your caravan or motorhome or we can drop it back where it lives.
